On-site consultation

The on-site consultation is a site visit conducted by an LRQA Auditor to evaluate food safety practices at your premises. 

A 24 business hour holding period applies to allow for cancellation or change of mind requests following purchase. 

What happens next? 

Following the purchase, the service will be allocated to an LRQA Auditor covering your area. The auditor will contact you via email and phone call to arrange a suitable visit date within 2 business days. 

Contact attempts 

If LRQA is unable to reach you after 3 contact attempts, the service will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. 

Outcome 

Following the visit, LRQA will prepare and submit the assessment report, including findings and an indicative rating, which will be shared with Deliveroo.
