Desktop Review
The Desktop Review is a remote assessment conducted by an LRQA Auditor to evaluate your food safety management documentation and supporting evidence.
After purchasing this service, LRQA will provide detailed instructions on the information required and how to submit it.
A 24 business hour holding period applies to allow for cancellation or change of mind requests following purchase.
Important
To ensure the review can be completed, all requested information must be provided promptly. LRQA reserves the right to refuse merchants if evidence is not sufficient to demonstrate adequate improvements.
If the required information is not provided within 15 calendar days, the consultation will be marked as unsuccessful and reported to Deliveroo.
Outcome
Following completion of the review, LRQA will produce a report including findings and an indicative rating, which will be shared with Deliveroo.
